Our Consent Process

Before any medical aesthetic treatment, you will:

  • Receive a detailed explanation of the proposed treatment, including what it involves
  • Be informed of the potential risks, side effects and complications
  • Be advised of alternative treatment options, including the option of no treatment
  • Have the opportunity to ask questions and receive honest, clear answers
  • Be provided with written consent forms to review and sign before treatment proceeds

What You Are Consenting To

By signing a consent form at Angelic Cosmetic Clinic, you acknowledge that:

  • You have been informed of the nature, purpose, risks and alternatives of the treatment
  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions and have received satisfactory answers
  • You understand that individual results may vary and are not guaranteed
  • You have disclosed all relevant medical history, medications and allergies
  • You consent to the treatment being performed by the practitioner and/or their clinical team
  • You consent to clinical photographs being taken for your medical record (these are never shared publicly without your separate, explicit written consent)

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Withdraw consent at any time before or during treatment
  • Decline treatment without any pressure or judgement
  • Request additional information or a second opinion before proceeding
  • Take time to consider your options — there is no obligation to proceed on the same day as your consultation

Medical History Disclosure

For your safety, it is essential that you provide complete and accurate information about your medical history, including:

  • Current and past medical conditions
  • All medications, supplements and herbal remedies you are taking
  • Known allergies or adverse reactions to medications
  • Previous aesthetic treatments and any complications experienced
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding or plans to become pregnant

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment. Your practitioner may decline to proceed with treatment if adequate medical information is not provided.

Cooling-Off Period

We support your right to take time before making a decision about any treatment. You are never pressured to proceed on the same day as your consultation. We encourage you to take the time you need to make an informed decision.

Aftercare and Follow-Up
